DIS Congress Service has pre-booked some hotel rooms at special conference rates in hotels of different categories in the center of Copenhagen, near public transportation and as close to venue as possible. Click the button below to book at conference rates.
Reservations must be backed by a 1 night deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night. All remaining nights are to be paid at the hotel. All bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis after receipt of the hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available. The deposit will be reimbursed if cancellations or changes are made before 18 May 2023. From 18 May to 12 June 2023 the deposit will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled nights to another guest. No refunds are given after 12 June 2023. Refunds will be paid after the end of the conference.
All changes must be communicated to DIS Congress Service (participants@discongress.com), not to the hotel. The IC2S2 organizers are not responsible for any matter regarding the hotel reservations.
